It took them about a week to alter 3 pairs of pants and they charged $25/pair, which seemed a little pricey, but is nothing compared to what I would be charged at a tailor. If you are planning on getting some pants tapered here, I definitely recommend that you bring a pair that fits you the way you like and give it to them as a sample, otherwise, there's no telling what you're going to get back.
The staff is VERY nice and helpful and are willing to accommodate tight(ish) deadlines if you let them know.
