  I am Franklin Tiffany, I visited a Giant Store which is located in Burke Lake road, Springfield. I like a store very well every thing is great there but only thing i didn’t like about the store is people are stealing the things directly which is not good. I have a sincere request to the Giant Management that to increase the security in the store. or run the cc camera’s which helps the to keep the store products more secure. Thanks, Tiffany. :-)

  I love the convenience of this place. I am a bit biased as it's so close to home, but it's surrounded by popular routes and eateries. I appreciate the helpful employees that seem to be so plentiful throughout the store most times. Unlike some stores, they keep cashiers at check-out as opposed to forcing customers to check out themselves. One complaint that I have is that their bathroom looks like it's 20 years old while the facility isn't more than 5. I suppose it's hard to upkeep a publicly-used bathroom that is available the majority of the day, but there must be a better way. I will go back...more than likely before the week's end!

  This Giant was recently remodeled and has a large produce section. It isn't the largest store around, but it has a good enough selection of products and is conveniently located for the Burke/Fairfax area. Checkouts are usually quick, and they have self checkout too.
