Trust was a hard thing for me and my husband, but we completely trust them with our son. Some of the little things they do turned out to be huge bonuses. For instance, they wash the bottles and clothes that get dirty (no labor in preparing bottles every day) and they prepare fresh homemade foods for all the children. However, one reason we chose this CubeSmart location was the warm and thorough service we received from Ryan Bowden when we first visited and toured the facility. Unfortunately, he was not working when we returned to rent a unit and the woman who helped us was not especially easy to engage with. (Believe me, I tried.) A smile from her would have been nice.”
