(August 10, 2020, 5:21 pm)Biofield Turning is real. I have had the most incredible energy balancing sessions with Lynne. Her education as a yoga instructor and somatic movement specialist have only amplified (no pun intended) her talents as an intuitive every healer. During COVID I’ve felt increasingly unmoored and after only 30 minutes (of a 90-minute session) I left feeling refreshed, more emotionally I organized and balanced. Using energy tools, crystals, and her life experience Lynne was able to access and comb through old emotional blockages and wounds. Lynne describes tunings as like a “defrag” for your psyche and energy and I couldn’t agree more. She’s amazing.
