I appreciated the help of this clerk and the check out registers ran smoothly & quickly for the heavy presence of other customers. Well pleased! “Arden Courts of Fair Oaks was recommended by our care manager when our family could no longer care for my husband at home and needed to find a memory care community. It was an extremely difficult time and a tough decision to move him to a secure place with 24 hour supervision. He is receiving excellent care in a warm and caring atmosphere. It is close to our family and has a wonderful and cheerful home environment. The staff are very professional and kind. Doctors check on my husband regularly and are on call as needed. There are daily activities, community rooms for entertainment and hobbies, garden paths to walk outside and patio areas where we can sit in the sun. The meals and snacks are great. His room is neat and tidy and comfortable with a nice view of the courtyard. We are so happy we chose Arden Courts!”

After another local children's heart association totally dropped the ball, Pediatric Cardiology Associates quickly took the case so my son could have his life altering heart procedure. From the initial call, which was actually answered by a human who was incredibly understanding about the urgency of the situation (which had been mishandled by other said institute), to her arranging the appointment with N.P Amy,, my son was in the best hands. At his scheduled appointment, the front office staff were very professional and he was seen on time. After testing, N.P. Amy stated she saw the problem and brought in Dr. O'Neil. They were both thorough in explaining the situation and getting my son to be seen by specialist Dr. Cohen. Dr. Cohen was stellar in correcting my son's defect, A big thank you to all we've encountered at this practice and to the expertise of N.P. Amy and Dr. O'Neil who knew to send my son to Dr. Cohen.”

“Center for discovery is a great place to seek help. The therapists there are very caring and are always encouraging, helpful, understanding, and nonjudgmental. There is a phase system that works as a great trade off of give and take in their recovery system. Based off of your participation in groups, your meal completion percentage, completion of therapy assessments, and other things, the client will get more privileges like calling a friend or being able to hang out in the living room. The dietitian is incredibly helpful with helping the client overcome their fear of foods and helps them understand that eating is good and something to be enjoyed. The groups are lead by staff members but clients can lead them once they reach a certain phase. The groups are very helpful and offer a lot of insight into things like how the eating disorder manifested or who we try to impress with the eating disorder. It really allows for a lot of self reflection and learning. I never felt like the staff, dietitian, or therapists were ever thinking of anything besides my best interest. There is also a very good dynamic with the other clients there that makes you feel form a bond with those you share this experience with. This is all coming from a former client and I can tell you this place is great.”

“I have accompanied both of my senior parents to CEC over the past year for their Macular Degeneration. The one who has wet was diagnosed 7 months ago and Dr. Gauthier's injections have reversed the MD. The one who has dry however is very advanced MD, and therefore is not much they can do, and was even referred by Dr Crossan to the NIH. BOTH doctors have a wonderful warm bedside manner. All staff are helpful and kind.”
