Lynn at Midtown Jewelers provided outstanding service at a fair price. I wanted a piece of antique jewelry made into a pendent. She worked with me to develop a design and the final product was fantastic. The staff is professional and very nice too. I plan to do more business with them in the future.

Vicky at Midtown jewelers was fantastic in helping me find and customize the perfect ring. They were very helpful in describing the process of how a ring is made and the timeline that it takes for the stone to be set and the ring to come in. They tried to help me find the perfect diamond but I had very specific and rare criteria and ended up purchasing the diamond elsewhere. We did get the ring and diamond set from them and glad we did so. They helped with calling the manufacturer to get the ring expedited and it came on time and looking perfect! I brought in a pearl necklace, that had been my mother's, and I wanted to have it lengthened. This pearl necklace may not be of the highest quality but it is priceless to me and I took it to Midtown Jewelers because of their excellent reputation. Vicky spent considerable time explaining the process of restringing the pearls; the effect of adding pearls; and suggestions to add additional length, if needed. She understood my objective and I am sure I will be thrilled with the result.
