  great place, but the lines are always long for check out, help, returns, cutting, etc. Also staffs are changed constantly so you will run into new people often and they cant answer your questions or you may have to wait to get things cut because one may say yes, and one may say no. need consistency. also i got the white closet maid shelves cut there one day and the next day they say they dont cut it.....what a hassle.

  Home depot employees in certain departments are in need of a refresher course in the customer is always right phrase. In addition, when using the home depot account, home depot needs to stay on top of what was ordered, how longer contractors come and measure, install and communicate with the customer and vendors before charging the account with no positive results after purchase.

  Azar was very helpful with the van rental. He took the time to walk out to the parking lot to show the vans that he had available, which I'm sure he did not have to do. When I returned the van he carefully reviewed all of the taxes and charges with me. I've rented vans from various other locations, and the employees usually don't offer this type of awesome customer service.
