    You can't find a more welcoming gym. The coaches will ensure the workouts fit your level and goals. There is a ton of variety too...Crossfit, Barbell Club, Cardio (Burn) and self-defense (Striking). The owners and coaches are also part of and active in the local community.

    I have been a member of the MILL for about 7.5 months. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. Fitness level, workout programming and coaching are efficient and effective. It is the most INCREDIBLE community of rock star members and amazing coaches making every workout exceptional. There is a workout for EVERYONE.

    The MILL is a must-experience if you're looking to take yourself to the next level.

    This is hands down my favorite box to drop-in to around the area. My parents live ~15-minutes away so I have tried about 5 other boxes in the area and this has become my go-to when I'm in town.

    The coaches and other members are all very friendly. Plus the class sizes are good size, which makes for an awesome atmosphere to do your WODs. Furthermore, the coaches always offering up form techniques (which is something I really appreciate) and cheering you on.
