Fleming Therapy Alexandria

My 12 yo is high functioning autistic but really gets inflexible after a few weeks of working with someone. Allie has been phenomenal! My daughter doesn’t even know she is working and yet she is doing things she would never have done on her own in a million years no matter how hard we all worked with her in the past. I have found the staff and whole team at Fleming to be very professional and innovative.

My child been receiving services in this center for around a year and a half. I have no complaints. All appointments begin and end on time. Ms. Nicole is the best in occupational therapy. She has done an excellent job on helping my child grasp the pencil correctly, be aware of personal space, hold and manipulate scissors correctly, climb a playground ladder without hesitation, etc. she has not only helped in developing the physical strength she has managed to build the confidence necessary to take on difficult task. Ms. Jenny has helped with pragmatic skills/social thinking. She has helped with my child being flexible in routines, taking turns while talking, reading facial expression and body language, identifying emotions in oneself and in others, etc. Both specialist are excellent at what they do and have been a valuable part of my child’s team.

This place is really great for anyone who wants therapy for stuttering. I wasn't the most severe case that they had seen but they still used effective methods and now I would like to say that the problem is pretty much resolved! They have Great service. Appointments start on time and end on time. I did not experience any wait times or any issues while I was going there. I definitely recommend this place for therapy!
