Mikaela White greeted us nicely when we came in the door and gave us time to look around. When we were ready, she helped us in deciding on the right chair and fabric. She set up a delivery early next week. When we got home, it was clear that the fabric we did not choose would be better. We called her and she immediately changed the order to the better fabric on the phone . Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Excellent.

This is one of those stores I've always thought of visiting but never did until now. We were specifically looking for a single recliner and ended up purchasing one that was on clearance that suited our needs and was reasonably priced and good quality. I was tempted by the more expensive models but settled on this for now. The staff are extremely polite and professional. I would definitely recommend checking it out.

The two staff in the store that worked with me were amazing. They quickly got my style and guided me to wonderful choices in style and fabric for my sleeper sofa, ottoman and rocker/recliner chair. The two delivery men were skilled and efficient. They quickly ascertained they needed to take the bottom of the legs off and then angle carefully to fit the sofa through the door. Assembly of the chair was completed expeditiously. In addition, all La-Z-boy staff adhered to COVID safety precautions which I really appreciated. Thanks so much for such a wonderful experience and for my wonderful furniture that is uplifting my daily life.

First visit to the store to take advantage of their store remodeling sale. I knew I was in great shape when I was allowed to shop for awhile before I was was approached for assistance. Mikaela helped me out when I was ready and she was fantastic! She listened to what my initial ideas were. After showing me some of the furniture, I needed to adjust my ideas. She was patient with the eventual many changes I made and wound up with the perfect furniture package I was looking for at a FANTASTIC price. No high pressure tactics at all! Thanks Mikaela and great job!!!
