  I purchased a Subaru on December 11, 2018 from Beyer Subaru in Alexandria, and love the car. There was a problem with the purchase but they resolved it (once I escalated to the general manager). I very much appreciate the manager's quick and professional response.

  Christopher Clark sales rep was awesome! He helped us get our dream SUV at a price that we both felt we won at. Would definitely buy my next car here! Very nice & respectful.

  The sales staff here are salaried, not commissioned so that takes out a big part of the pushy-car salesman type of experience. But they have always seemed pretty reasonable to me. Sam in Finance is great to work with (he was good when he was in sales previously too). I've not had any issues with the service department, but they are pretty busy. They recently dumped the Volvo's and will soon be an exclusively Subaru only dealer.

  I brought my Subaru Forester in for the airbag recall, and I received stellar service from the time I made my appointment to when I picked up my fixed car. Scott, Sebastian and Mike took great care of my car, and helped me out greatly with an awesome 2019 loaner Subaru while mine was being repaired. (Side note about borrowing cars built in 2019: Everything is computerized, so don’t close the lift gate manually.) I would strongly recommend Beyer Subaru. Great location, and professional, friendly and fast service.

  Recently moved to the area and had our Outback serviced. Mike was very helpful and we were given a loaner vehicle as some parts were going to take a few days to get in. Positive experience. Definitely recommend.
