(July 25, 2018, 10:53 am)Paul did a great job! He diagnosed the issue right away and gave me all of the pricing options up front. I like that there were no "surprise" costs, and they charged me less than the other two companies that had quoted me for the exact same thing. His assistant also seemed very knowledgeable and professional. It was great they had all the equipment necessary already equipped in their company truck so the repair was quicker than I had anticipated. I'll definitely be calling A Action again for any other repairs in my home.

(August 9, 2017, 10:21 am)I cannot say enough positive things about A Action! They are honest and dependable and the type of family business that used to be much more common. I obtained 4 price quotes for a 2-1/2 ton HVAC and heat pump complete system and A Action was by far the lowest. Their price was so low I was worried there would be problems. They installed the system and were AMAZING! Kenneth and Everrett were experienced, courteous and very thorough. We could not be more pleased. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They exceeded our high expectations in every way possible. I feel very fortunate to have found someone that does exactly what they say they will do - with no surprises and no disappointment!

(September 18, 2016, 6:38 pm)Home inspection prior to sale indicated neutral and ground problems with outside receptacles. A Action discussed problem on the phone and indicated likely problem. Technician arrived the next day and diagnosed the problem and performed the needed repairs in a very thorough and professional manner. Very satisfied with the fast response and excellent service. Costs were reasonable and provided before beginning work.
