Scheduling an appointment online was also easy. The guys were on time, worked quickly and efficiently, were professional, friendly, and helpful. They took a load of our items for donation and helped move some furniture to help us stage our house for sale. I was astonished by how quickly they were able to do everything. I'll definitely be calling them back when it's time for us to move.

We were still bringing boxes to the site as they were carrying things out of our storage unit. They even went across the street with us to our other storage unit to pick up the last 7 boxes. They did a great job, quickly and efficiently, but taking care with things. They reassured me where my things were going. They indeed made the experience "stress free" as advertised! (June 25, 2018, 4:15 pm)I was looking for a moving company to pack and ship some furniture from Arlington, Virginia to New London Connecticut and found the quotes from the "big" moving companies to be outrageously expensive. After talking to Sam and discussing what I needed, they were extremely accommodating. Then we went ahead and set everything up over the phone.
On the day of the move the two men arrived and did a great job of loading all of the furniture. When the furniture got to Connecticut, every item was in perfect condition. The shipping and delivery schedule was completed in a timely fashion and I was pleased with how everything went. I highly recommend these folks. They’re professional and gave me an unbeatable price. We have worked with a number of other movers; however, once we were introduced to Sam, we knew we had found the perfect match for our clients. The dedicated piano team is extremely professional. They use long boards for grand pianos, which distributes the weight across the entire side of the piano, versus throwing a grand piano on a standard furniture dolly, which many movers do. As we move pianos that range up to $50,000, having someone who knows what they are doing gives us a great deal of peace of mind.
Our customers always comment on how careful and professional the moving team is. They take the time to make sure the home and piano are protected during the move and work with the home owners to find the perfect position. Action Moving has moved tens of pianos for us with nary a scratch or mark on them.
We have had many customers who moved their piano out of the home first, then went back to Action Moving for the house move because they were so pleased with the service.
I could not recommend Action Moving Team more highly! -

The crew arrived 10 minutes early and were ready to go right on time. They were careful with my antiques and left my freshly painted walls without a single mark. The crew worked nonstop, never lagging, and completed delivery route in good time and with good-natured manners. The truck & equipment were very clean and the crew was professional all the way.
