They already had my records from my previous Hear USA office. Their office and equipment seem new. Everything is very clean. Easy to park in this shopping center on Manchester. Dr. Allgauer went over all the forms I filled out in detail, and listened to everything I said and made some notes. She is patient and genuinely kind, and very deft at cleaning your ear canal with a kind of vacuum. Seems a very competent audiologist happy to explain everything to me in detail.
