  Have taken both my wife's car and my car here for 4 years. I always know that I am getting quality work, honesty, and the most competitive prices. My father lives an hour away in Maryland and has considered bringing his 4Runner here because of the great work and prices on service work. Mustapha, Mo, Carlos, and the rest of the team are awesome. They are very good at what they do and the place has a family like environment with many repeat customers like me. It is connected to a gas/shell station so this is not going to be as plush a waiting area as a dealership, but you will save half or more of what you'd pay at a dealership and no upselling! Very convenient and safe location, with free coffee, a TV, lots of comfortable chairs, a bathroom, and they have offered me a ride to work and home on several occasions. Free air, good advice on any car questions, and most important keeping my cars maintained safely at bargain prices. Great people. 5 stars all around.

  Professional , friendly and good price. Service has been very good every time I go. They explain things and help you prioritize repairs.

  I own a immaculate Mercedes Benz S55 AMG and any one that owns a Mercedes knows that mechanics always take advantage of this, not with this place!!! Mustapha, bob and his crew have always fixed my cars properly and on time. From the small things from my tires to my engine, all repairs have been done right, on time and definitely way cheaper than any other service station I’ve encountered. Thank you to all the guys at Pinecrest shell.!!!!!!!

  This place was recommended to me by another auto shop and I'm so happy they did and will be coming here from now on. Best price and service in the NOVA area I've encountered. I've never met Mustafa but heard lots of good things about him, but Moe is the man!!! He kept his word when my truck will be ready and went extra mile to get it done quickly. So hats off to you Moe, Mustafa and to all the staff. I'll be seeing you guys again!!! Thanks from my White Ford 2000 F250????????
