  Great place and great people! Dr. Ammar is very friendly, sharp, and detail-oriented. The staff provide excellent services too. Very satisfied with the overall experience. Highly recommend.

  This orthodontics office is amazing! The office is clean, calm and extremely comfortable. The front desk staff is like no other office. They are incredibly friendly and nice. They are also very knowledgeable and helpful. I always enjoy going to Advance! Top Orthodontics because I really love the staff!!! It is so easy to make an appointment. They are super accommodating! Care plans are created and a billing schedule is also provided. It makes the entire process easy. I have four kids. My oldest three have all be seen by Dr Fleming. They love coming to the office! Who loves going to the orthodontist- they do! There are always games and competitions for the kids. You can win a back to school kit or tickets to kings dominion. It really is amazing. As for Dr Fleming and his assistants, they are the best! Elena is awesome with the kids. She eases their anxiety with her kind words and sweet demeanor. She is wonderful at her job. She provides a lot of education to the patient and parents! Dr Fleming is a spectacular Orthodontist. He is a very nice, calm man. He is a perfectionist. We have been so pleased with our children's care. Our three sons have all had appliances and braces on their teeth. He is so skilled in his field. My oldest son had an extreme underbite along with some other issues which he fixed at a young age. Now, as a 13 year old boy, he only needs braces for a year to straighten the teeth! So as you can see, this is the best orthodontics office in the area!!!! Give them a try and see for yourself!!!!

  Dr. Fleming and his staff are the best. If you are looking for an excellent treatment, awesome doctor and staff you will be very happy with your choice. His professionalism, kindness and the dedication of his team are reflected in his excellent detailed oriented work and services. The office is very clean, modern and is a state of the art facility. The doctor and his staff are top notch! I highly recommend Advance Top Orthodontics to anyone seeking orthodontic services.

  Our family has been patients of Dr. Fleming for many years. Prior to treatment with Dr. Fleming, both girls had significant overcrowding and crooked teeth. Dr. Fleming's treatment plans produced beautiful results. His staff is the best! They are always friendly and professional. The entire team has repeatedly shown us care and patience. He and his team take the time to answer questions and explain treatment options. Dr. Fleming is very skilled and knowledgeable. There have been many changes in orthodontics in recent years. His knowledge is broad and he is extremely well versed on all of the options available as well as why you would choose one over another. Moreover, he will take the time with you to decide what is best for your family. Its clear to me that he is one of our area's top orthodontists. I strongly recommend Dr. Fleming and his excellent team of professionals.

  MY daughter had orthodontic treatment with a general dentist in Maryland for 4 years.
  No progress was made, and my daughter's teeth actually became even worse !!!!
  We have found Dr. Fleming who is a certified specialist in orthodontic, to take over my daughter's treatment.
  Fortunately, my daughter was diagnosed correctly by Dr. Fleming, and good progress is finally being made.
  My family trusts Dr. Fleming as he is very meticulous, and we also trust Dr. Fleming's staff who are also very professional.
  It is clear that Dr. Fleming's entire team really cares about their patients.
  And Candace and Stephanie always greet us with smile when we arrive.
  We feel very fortunate that we found Dr.Fleming and that my daughter is finally having the best orthodontic treatment available -even though we have to drive all the way from Maryland to Virginia.
