Dr. Nguyen was exceptional! He had great bedside manner and he was very precise and assuring. It was by far the best eye exam I have undergone. Wish we had found this place sooner! At 1/3 the cost of other establishments for an eye exam we are happy to support a small local business.
I had a very good experience at this facility for my eye exam. Dr.Nguyen was excellent and answered all my questions. He and his staff are very patient and honest and discussed different options and helped me eventually decide that I didn't need new glasses as my prescription was not much and that I continue to use reflective coating lens.
Dr. Nguyen has always provided me with great eye care for the last 5+ years. I can truly say that he definitely makes you feel like family. Thank you and your staff for always accommodating a last minute appointment.
My business places me on the road a lot and hence I am heavily dependent on my driving glasses. Having lost a pair during my business trip from NY to VA I was very pleased to have had a pair expedited for me by Dr. Nguyen. Service was fast and cost was very reasonable. Thanks doc
I have always had excellent service with this optometrist. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and professional. Getting one's glasses or contact lenses is easy and efficient. But Dr. Nguyen also takes care to assess all aspects of the health of your eyes.
I did have a problem once with a contact lens apparently "disappearing" in my eye. But Dr. Nguyen did thorough exam complete with flushes to make sure nothing at all was there. (lens can go behind the eyelid) He even made sure the cornea hadn't been scratched in any way. All this with no appointment on a Saturday and no cost at all.
