  Went for a sound bath meditation workshop. Was my first time at the studio and I was really impressed by the studio itself...felt very warm and inviting. The lady who checked us in was very friendly. I liked that they had blankets, mats and pillows available to borrow. I would definitely return to this location to try yoga based on my positive first experience.

  The studio is beautiful and incredibly clean. The instructors are all charming and knowledgable. I have never taken a class that I did not enjoy. Thank you all for your service to the yogi's!

  Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the instructors! Everything is clean and well organized. I like that there are no mirrors in the rooms and controlled lighting creates a deeply personal yoga experience. Even in a packed class you can easily carve an hour of “me time” out of the day!

  Really love the variety of classes and instructors here. I've attended maybe 3 classes but each are very different and benefit me in different ways, which I appreciate because I can work on my mind, body, and soul all in one place!! I loved the strength class I took with Maria - although the level of intensity was unexpected! She vocalized several times to work at a level that you are comfortable with while also challenging yourself. I felt it was a really accepting atmosphere where I did feel challenged and inspired by her words and rocked a killer workout! Good music and company - I felt very accomplished when I left.

  I am new to yoga and extremely awkward as a result. The atmosphere and teachers make me feel comfortable and encouraged. Not intimidating at all. Glad i started.
