  I had my infant enrolled here and would recommend this preschool to anyone looking. The infant staff was caring and efficient. They always were quick to address my concerns, if I had any. The parents, kids, and staff all had a more family centric relationship that you do not find at large day care centers. My son very much came out of his shell while he was here. I would recommend this center to anyone looking in the area of Ft Belvoir.

  The Vine staff consistently go above and beyond when taking care of our children! They update us regularly with pictures, texts, and stories of what has taken place during the day. They have taught our children how to be kind, caring, and thoughtful and have more than prepared our son for kindergarten. Our daughter has to say goodbye to everyone—adult and child—before she leaves each day. I cannot imagine a better place for children to be if they can’t be at home. Kim and the rest of The Vine Preschool staff are hands-down the best!

  We were with The Vine for almost two years and we absolutely loved it. My daughter is starting Kindergarten this year and I have no doubt that she is ready! The curriculum is amazing and my daughter has learned so much. My son was in the center from the time he was 9 months old until now at 2.5, and the staff cared for him as if he were their own. I never doubted that my children were in the absolute best hands. I highly HIGHLY recommend The Vine if you are looking for caring teachers in a robust learning environment!

  My daughter has been going to The Vine Preschool for six months and I couldn't be happier! She loves going to school everyday! The staff is very professional and incredibly dedicated. As a result, my daughter continues to develop socially and academically. The Vine Preschool provides a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment. The teachers keep me updated regularly and have made my experience incredibly positive! They offer academic rigor and challenge my daughter to go above and beyond. As an educator myself this is something I look for. We are so happy to be a part of The Vine Preschool family.

  I cannot say enough about The Vine Preschool! I enrolled my first daughter at 5 months old. I was searching for childcare and upon my first meeting with owner/teacher Kim Vargas, I fell in love with this school. Kim understood my anxiety over leaving my first child with someone and she worked with me to make the transition as easy as possible. My daughter was very happy and I had zero anxiety from that day forward. My daughter continued there through preschool and entered Kindergarten academically above average. My second daughter started at age 3 months and it was again a smooth transition. From newborn to preschool I couldn't be happier. Kim is passionate about what she does. She believes in early education and never stops teaching and developing each child. She is attentive to each child, their needs and level of development. She uses a class room environment from day one. This is not just childcare for the little ones, this is a school and your child will begin learning right away. Kim and her assistants truly care about each child and you will never have to wonder if your child is receiving the best care; they are loved and nurtured each and every day.
