  I get severe, chronic migraines and am on reoccurring medical botox for preventative treatment. The few weeks before my botox is due, I start to get headaches and migraines that are pretty unmanageable. I've heard of the myers cocktail which is good for people with chronic pain and since I have a problem absorbing meds and food when I'm sick I decided to give the IV Infusion a try. Yesterday I felt like I was incredibly dehydrated even though I drink 3 liters of water a day and woke up with a migraine so I figured it would be a good day to try an infusion.
  
  I called and Robbie answered and was able to fit me in last minute. She was also the nurse who administered the IV. The place was really relaxing, she turned off the lights and offered me a blanket. I am unfortunately a person who visits the hospital a few times a year and this place was like a spa in comparison.
  
  After I left I wasn't sure what to expect but I slept so well. I almost always wake up in the middle of the night in pain or the morning in pain and I didn't have any. I didn't feel dehydrated or full of inflammation. I'm so happy this is an option for me for the future.
  
  I highly recommend this business. Robbie was warm and wonderful and had a gentle touch. I'm used to needles and pain by now but it's a bonus when someone is gentle on your arm.

  IV Glutathione is awesome! I have been getting monthly Glutathione IV infusions at Weight Loss and Vitality since December, 2017. I have an auto immune disease (Crohn's Disease) and I was looking for a way to control the flare ups that I had been having throughout 2017. I had been on 3 different medications over the years and each came with horrible side effects including vision damage, headaches, calcified joints, joint pain, and a suppressed immune system, hair loss, etc. I was reading an article about the use of glutathione as a way to control inflammation which is what happens to my small intestine during a flare. None of my Gastroenterologists had ever heard of using this and dismissed the idea. I had read some reviews of Weight Loss and realized that they consider and apply approaches to medical conditions that are outside of the mainstream way of doing things. They actually wanted to help control my condition and not just throw medicine at it that caused lots of side effects. When I had my first meeting with David Bauder, P.A., he mentioned that I could try the IV Glutathione because it is an excellent at controlling inflammation. I admit I was skeptical. How could this possibly work when not one of my doctors over the last 12 years ever mentioned this? I was having a flare at this time and had two visits to the emergency room the month prior so I thought I would give it a try. I had my first infusion in December, 2017 and I have had one every month ever since. It is now November, 2018 and I have not had one flare up since I began the glutathione. Say what!!!?? Yes!, I cannot believe it. This is a miracle for me. I also noticed that the glutathione made my skin clear, bright, and soft. Having my condition under control has helped me regain my confidence and I am not sick from all of those side effects of the other medicines anymore. Everyone at Weight loss is very professional, kind, and accommodating with scheduling. I now get other services there including Obagi ZO skincare (awesome!), botox (above my eyebrows to help with migraines and give an eyebrow lift; at the corners of my mouth, jawline, and neck to stop gravity from pulling my face south) and fillers (in my hands - no one likes skeletor hands, and in my upper cheeks to give a much needed lift). I also plan on getting the Skintyte procedure on my neck after the new year. If you are looking to improve your health, face, or body, I highly recommend checking them out!! The attached pics were taken throughout 2018. Clear skin, no wrinkles, and no saggy skin thanks to Weight Loss and Vitality!!

  My experience has been wonderful as the practitioners here truly care about you overall and provide you with the best care for not just weight loss but improved overall health. They are not about selling you products but about making you healthier. Nichole is a very caring and compassionate while giving you excellent advice and care. I have signed up for Botox from her next. David is really informative and knowledgeable and helped me with an underlying Thyroid condition and the front desk staff is friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend the Alexandria location and the wonderful staff there.

  I was feeling depressed and run down. Medications, vitamins, Gatorade and water we’re not helping me. I wanted to try and infusion to boost my energy level and vitamins. I was administered a Baxter cocktail and a large bag of fluids. I had purchased this via Groupon but was later told I could get the same rate by calling the clinic directly. I have left the clinic about an hour ago and I already feel better. Thank you so much I will be back!

  I had my first appointment yesterday and talked to Maribel extensively about my goals. She was absolutely amazing! She explained the nutritional part of the program and what I needed to do to reach my goal. I had a few other questions and she promptly called me the following day with the information I needed. Very nice and professional. I am excited about starting my program. Great place!!
