Dr Bernad is a famous neurologist in dc and va as a neuro u have to check/up ur patient history specially if she/he has a pagkison disease or any neurological disease the tendency he will stay with the patient more than hour until he get the detail he is attentive/ jolly and s very compassionate physician if I have some friends who has a neuroproblem I highly recommend dr Bernad for the staff right away they will entertain you and always there when the patients needs help
