  Chase was very personable, and he found our difficult-to-find place on the first try. He gave me choices of service after a quick diagnostic. He also pointed me toward online coupons, which I used. Very fast, and came out the same day. Four stars because he arrived outside the four-hour window I was given, but I was kept apprised through phone updates. All in all, a good experience.

  Antonio’s service was outstanding and above and beyond! He was efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough engaging me at every step throughout process. I will definitely call Len’s next time I need a plumber and I will request Antonio as my technician. Best experience with a plumbing company I’ve ever had.

  Len the Plumber, in particular, Chase Scott, is amazing!!! I could not be happier or more grateful for the kind and expert service I received today. Chase responded to my emergency call promptly, went above and beyond to explain repair and pricing options, and never complained once about carting his tools and two toilets up and down four flights of stairs! I truly appreciate his professionalism and excellent, attention-detailed, same-day work. He is pleasant and genuinely cares that he and his company help the customer. He was never pushy at all with service options, and I felt right away that I could ask questions and trust his advice. I can’t recommend Chase highly enough, and I will rely on him and his company for all future plumbing needs and questions with peace of mind.

  Great response when I called mid afternoon and I was not expecting to get someone before the end of the day. I was very surprised that a plumber arrived in less than an hour. Chase arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue and went over options before he started. Luckily it was a quick fix that took about an hour. It was pricey but worth it considering how quickly it was fixed.
