(October 8, 2018, 11:59 am)I'm writing to recognize the outstanding customer service and Technical expertise of Kareem and Hamza at the Lorton Verizon store as a technical Challenge Customer I had no idea of the resources and tools available they expertly transferred my phone showed me the options available and educated and trained me on cell phone usage I highly recommend there representation of Verizon and tell you to stop at the store anytime if you want outstanding service and high quality communications.
