  I’ve been in and out of physical therapy for a decade due to an arthritic spine. I’m thrilled to have found Dr. Amy Nowacek and the staff at Select Physical Therapy in Lorton. From careful review of my medical records to evaluating my condition and formulating an effective treatment plan, Dr. Amy has been with me every step of the way. The staff, especially Lurleen, is cheerful, professional, adept at scheduling appointments and dealing with my often difficult insurance company and their benefits management company. I strongly recommend this practice.

  Amy is awesome!!! The whole office rocks and I always feel not only comfortable, but happy whenever I walk out! I’m probably biased because this is the only pt office I’ve ever been to but Amy has really helped me feel confident in regaining my strength after my injury. She knows exactly what she’s doing and can cater to each individual needs!

  I had done signifcant research on several PT places in the area as I had been ill for quite some time. I settled on Select because of the two phone conversations I had with Ms. Lurline and the reviews I read. I have been very pleased with my choice. Ms. Lurline is very professional and pleasant. She has been very helpful and always greets patients with a warm smile. Dr. Amy is the therapist and is equally professional, warm and pleasant. I have seen improvement since I began 12 sessions ago and it's due to the therapy exercises, but even more importantly the positive atmosphere they both provide. I would highly recommend Select Physical Therapy!

  Have enjoyed PT on my knee at Select in the Lorton office. Dr Amy is great! The office is clean and new compared to other PT offices. Parking is easy too!

  My experience with Select Physical Therapy has exceeded my expectations. The entire encounter with the staff was professional and warm. The environment was conducive to rehabilitation, and even when multiple clients are present, you still receive personal attention, leaving no doubt that your individual needs are a priority. I highly recommend Select Physical Therapy.
