    I can’t rave enough about how awesome this place is! I’m military and was making a move without yet having a place to live, hence needing a storage unit. I had originally reserved a unit at a different storage facility, but due to unforeseen circumstances during my move and commute I was not going to be able to make it before closing. I frantically started searching for a new storage facility and found Telegraph Self Storage. Since they were open an hour later and had the unit size I needed I was able to have a smooth moving day and not have to leave all my stuff on an open-bed trailer overnight! It was extremely stressful trying to find another storage location mid-commute, but the staff here jumped through loops and helped me out! They also accommodated me during move-out. Additionally the facilities and my unit were clean. I absolutely recommend Telegraph Self Storage!

    We have been renting a storage unit here for a few months now and have absolutely no complaints. I have seen other reviews complaining of urine smells. I go there frequently and have not noticed any urine smells. We also don't have any issues driving around the facility in our big ford truck. The staff were professional and I would recommend my friends to use this facility.

    Great customer service! Secure location! Reasonable prices! What more could you ask for? The staff is personable, honest and are all around great people! I would recommend to anyone in the area.
