No matter what injury or over training I have inflicted on myself Kayla listens, diagnosis the underlying issues, treats with therapy, and trains/teaches me how to avoid the pain in the future. If only I would do what she says and see her more often I would be always pain free. I highly recommend Primus for what your mentally retained youth inflicts on your aging body.
(December 21, 2019, 8:10 am)Kayla helped me recover after two different shoulder surgeries and most recently after an Achilles injury. I was always amazed at how she’d be able to quickly find the spot/tight muscle that was causing the discomfort (since many times it may have been away from the point of pain). She kept me on track, made sure I was doing the movements with proper form, and gave me tips/ exercises for additional strengthening. Highly recommend!
