Everyone here works with tremendous integrity, with great sense of humor, and super hardworking. I have never had a car problem that they could not work through and I drove a 17 year old car to the ground! You will NEVER be disappointed at Nutley Street Service Center as long as Paul and his team are watching over us.

(July 20, 2018, 1:18 pm)For convenience's sake (proximity to work, mostly), I've taken my Acura to other well-reviewed places in the area; but I always regret not just bringing it here to begin with. Paul & crew are friendly and helpful, and have diagnosed and fixed issues that other garages couldn't even identify. Thanks to them, and despite a daily commute on DC's awful roads, my car runs great. Is the waiting area shiny & sparkly? No, but there's a Starbucks and Greek diner across the street for killing time in, or an Enterprise if you can't wait around. Are the prices the best around? I have no idea. But there's value to be had in being able to completely trust that the work you need done will be done- and done correctly.

They seem very honest--have even recommended not to do unnecessary services. They are also very fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. I moved away and still drive ~30 minutes to get our vehicles serviced here. Highly recommended!
