  I rarely issue reviews at the "5" level, because that rating is rightfully reserved for the very best of the best. I do think some Google reviewers randomly give out unusually high or low numbers without giving thought to how those ratings might unfairly skew the overall review scores. With that in mind, I initially gave a very high "4" rating to Ultimate, but am now pleased to bump it to a "5." The carpets have now had a full opportunity to dry and have been vacuumed. The result is even better than I first observed. It is like having all-new carpets in the house. You can't even tell where the furniture was placed! I would recommend this company and use their services again if needed. Top-shelf.

  I needed to get my apartments rug cleaned next day, Andrey came through with state of the art equipment and did an unbelievable job. He focused on all the areas I requested and made the rug look like new. Pricing was very reasonable considering he was using some of the newest equipment built into his van. Very professional and polite, and absolutely has a passion for the job. Would not think twice to recommend his services and/or use him again. Thank you for such a great experience, and coming in clutch when I needed my rugs cleaned last minute.

  100 percent professional. 100 percent reliable. 100 percent well done. Everything was easily arranged on yelp including estimate. Was flexible to reschedule and arrived on time. Did a great job as you can see in the picture. don't waste time looking for other cleaners who charge much much more but send you unskilled workers.

  I'm a new customer and Andrey just cleaned the carpet in my two story house. I was very happy with both the customer service and the cleaning itself. Andrey was able to schedule my cleaning over the weekend and with very little notice. He was very responsive and friendly and could relate to living with pets and carpet, which was very helpful for me. The carpets look great and now my whole house smells and feels cleaner. I'll definitely be using his company in the future. Thanks!

  Before moving into our new house we needed to have the carpets cleaned. I reached out to Ultimate Carpet Cleaning. Andrey responded almost immediately and quickly scheduled an appointment. When Andrey arrived he was professional and explained what results we could expected. We agreed to smooth out some ripples in a few rooms by stretching the carpet before cleaning everything. Andrey did a wonderful job and communicate throughout the entire process. I immediately hired Andrey to clean the carpet of our old house that we were preparing to sale. I don't think you can go wrong with Ultimate Carpet Cleaning.
