Avalon Falls Church

I fell in love with this place during my tour! The vicinity is really pretty, ample parking, and the buildings are secure. This place was my ultimate runner up when deciding on an apartment in the area.

Ultimately did not get it since it was farther from my job, and it was also on the pricier side for 1BR. I would highly recommend touring this place, the unit we saw had a lot of windows and let in a LOT of light.

The gym looked big based on the virtual tour you can find on their website.

This has been my absolute favorite apartment. I've moved about 10 times the last 10 years and this is the ONLY place where I've happily signed to renew. Cannot say enough how amazing it is. The neighbors are so nice and friendly and the amenities are great. Even during covid the management did amazing. 100% recommend this community.

Avalon Falls Church has been an incredibly beautiful place to live. I have lived here for about 2.5 years at this point, and not a day goes by where I don't walk into my apartment feeling grateful for where I am able to live.

The grounds are regularly well kept, and the amenities (gym, grill area, club-house) are very aesthetic, always working, and provide a lot of use and value to myself.

The maintenance staff have been able to solve every problem I've ever requested, and have consistently done so within 24 hours of the request.

The modern interior of the apartment is also superb, excellent air conditioning, air circulation, light, internet speed & outlets, and appliances.

Overall, I have been extremely happy with my time at Avalon, and I know that's also thanks to the great individuals who work here.

I recently put in a service request to get the carpets cleaned in our apartment. John and his maintenance team were so accommodating! David Simmons put me in touch with them to find out a good time to come by, they followed up afterwards, and asked about Bubba. The crew at Avalon always goes above and beyond! They are friendly and really make you feel at home. Thanks again guys for all you!
