(March 24, 2022, 1:17 pm)I'm brand new to Navy Federal credit union and I had to go I today to have a document notarized. Mrs. Hong was awesome and even the young lady at the counter that pointed me in the right direction, so i was directed to check in with the greeter. This review would have been 5 stars, but the cold welcome, unenthusiastic exchange and animatronic actions and unwelcoming attitude of Stephen ( the greeter) is the only reason that this is not a five star review. And for it being my first time going into a branch, that really made me feel like never coming back to that particular branch.
