(November 22, 2022, 8:01 pm)They made my drink good, but I drove far to come study and do school work in there , but the loud music and emplyees having a loud conversation each other was so hard to bear I left after 5 minutes.

(October 5, 2022, 3:34 pm)I just left this starbucks (which is normally 5 starts anyway) and the young man working the cashier on Wednesday at 3pm was so kind and accommodating for my mother's birthday. I had gone to several other Starbucks before coming to Springfield looking for a specific item my mother loves and he went out of his way to help me out.
