RISE UP Physical Therapy

After two years of dealing with ankle pain, I was in a place where I could see Yvette but not a future without pain. She listened to my goals and gave me hope and an exercise plan to help me rebuild. She followed up via email which was so helpful because it is a lot to remember in the moment. She got me pain free after just a month and set me on a path to my strength goals all around. I would recommend her to anyone!
The space is not conventional, so if it looks weird, you are in the right place.

Can't recommend this place enough. My husband and I both go here and everyone has been so helpful and accommodating. I spent most of my time working with Yvette. She was very patient, went at my pace and helped me understand my injury and how I can prevent it from happening in the future. I had my first appointment with Esther and she was also excellent.

I worked with Beth to schedule appointments and again, very accommodating and friendly!

I have been an athlete my whole life, as a result, I have a lot of body work and physical therapy. Beyond a shadow of a doubt RISE UP is the best therapy I have ever had. Esther is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, thorough, and diligent. I came to her after a significant spinal surgery hardly able to walk or sit up for any period of time. In about six weeks she has me nearly back to normal. Every session she asks me about the period since our last visit and adapts our work together to address and react to how I have been recovering. I fee like every session I am listened too, re-evaluated, and results in a step forward for my recovery. RISE UP and Esther are phenomenal. I can't recommend them enough.

Best PT place ever! Rachel, the owner, realigned my pelvis which had been causing me major left hip pain since I’d given birth. Esther helped with isometrics to tell my thigh and my abs to talk to each other again. And Yvette taught me how to load my hip and let it know- hey you’re OK! I am finally pain free after nearly 2 years. 10/10 would recommend and will go again if I ever need to.

Amazing treatment! I have been to physical therapy many times in the past, and my opinion was very low. You're given a number of exercises and the therapist walks away or on their phone. BUT!!! Rise Up is so different, they walk you through the exercises, watch your posture, correct your stance, and basically help you get stronger with guidance. Totally recommend! I am getting better each day, Thanks guys! :)
