  Reservation was made on-line, for same-day visit. Check-in was smooth, and they caught that my address needed to be updated (thank you.). I arrived 10 minutes early, per instructions; wait was less than 15 minute (I was seen 5 minutes after my reserved time.). Nurse was courteous, professional, and attentive. She quickly assessed symptoms. There was a delay in being seen by the doctor, as there was only one on-site, but they checked on me while I waited in the exam room. The Doc provided clear information on both the illness and the prescriptions. I received a follow-up call three days later, to check on my progress. Outstanding service!

  I’ve always had a great experience here. Staff are warm & friendly. Wait time usually very reasonable at typically 15-20 min. They are professional and efficient and I feel like I’m in/out with good patient service.

  We took our 7 month old here since we were after hours at our pediatricians office. We were promptly greeted by the receptionist. We filled out the paperwork, paid our co-pay and waited. The screen said our wait time would be about 30 minutes. We were taken back within 5 minutes to a room. I believe since we had such a young child that they wanted to treat him timely. Dr. Martinez confirmed our suspicions of croup. Administered the appropriate medicine on site to get in his system and then called in the prescription. The nurse and Dr. Martinez were wonderful. Would recommend this urgent care.
