  Pro - competitive pricing. When I researched the fees for my dog's neutering surgery, Sully had the best pricing in the region (although the number of places I called was still limited). Cons - scheduling is a bit chaotic and the staff is confused with the doc's availability throughout the day. When I took an hour off from work for my 4:30 appointment, the doc was unavailable due to an emergency surgery. The staff went over the pre-surgery exam with me - only took about 5 minutes, which really could've been done over the phone. A courtesy notice either by text or phone in case of a scheduling conflict would've been nice.

  Also affordable vet care.

  I didn't know what to expect as I've never been to an animal hospital before, but the staff here blew me away. Everyone was incredibly friendly, positive and cheery. They took great care of my new cat and setting him up with everything he might need for shots etc as a rescued stray. The grooming service was great as well!

  NO WORDS TO PROPERLY DESCRIBE HOW WONDERFUL THEY ARE, but I’m going to try.
  My husband and I had just moved to the area from California and did not expect to need to find a vet so close after moving. Our 17 DSH, Dori had been diagnosed with kidney failure 4 years prior and never gave us any signs that she was slowing down. Less than 2 weeks after moving here, Dori went downhill FAST. Within 24 hours she stopped eating, could barely walk and was losing continence. I found SAH on yelp and gave them a call. Boy did I hit the jackpot with finding these wonderful people. From walking through the door to actually meeting the doctor was maybe 10 minutes. Dr Taddeo was just wonderful. Didn’t force tests or diagnostics, she validated our concerns and told us we had gone above and beyond for Dori and ultimately helped us make the decision to help Dori take the next step in her relief.
  I will never ever forget what they did for our family. Being 3,000 miles from the only home I’d ever known, a vet who not only cared for my animals, but was a close personal friend,I felt so helpless.
  My pets will only be seeing Dr Taddeo from now on. People often show you their true selves when you are in a moment of crisis, and they showed to be the most kind and compassionate people I could hope to meet here.

  We started bringing our pets to Sully Animal Hospital because we were not satisfied with our previous vets office. Since the moment we first called the staff was friendly, warm, and helpful. We unfortunately had to put our 19 year old cat to sleep and they made an awful situation a lot better. They were compassionate and kind. They even called to check on how we were doing several times and sent us a sympathy card. They went above and beyond our expectations and for this we were always take our pets to them.

Doctor Taddeo is a wonderful vet. Even though Sully Animal Hospital is now over a 20 minute drive from my home, I continue to take my cat there. Doctor Taddeo personally takes the time to answer all of my questions, both on the phone and at her office.
