I love the end results. Water is Crystal clear now. No hint of iron bacteria, iron smell and slimy water.

Joe is the reason to use Carroll Water, period. He stands by his word, and his work is impeccable, with great looking and functional results. Simply put, his installation and plumbing work is art. Attention to detail: 5 stars. Explaining work and educating customer: 5 stars. Being available and going the extra mile: 5 stars. The only reason I give this review 4 stars are due to several issues with the company (Carroll) not related to Joe, some of which remain unresolved, but have no bearing on the work done on my property by Joe or his team. If not for the high cost of the system, this would not be a big deal, but when one pays big money, 10K+, a company needs to deliver. Joe saved this job, after a couple of initial issues with corporate ordering/delivery SNAFU's, and then system side-effects due to other issues that left my family without water. I very much appreciate Joe's help and candor; if not for him there'd be a lot less stars here.

Even though I ended up going in a different direction, Austin from Carroll Water was the utmost professional. He took the time to explain the systems and answered all my questions. Will certainly call on them again should the need arise.

We did extensive research to find the best water filtration system for our new home. After interviewing three companies we chose Carroll Water (through Costco). Joe and Omar were courteous, thorough, and took a lot of time to explain our new system to us. They even completed our wireless setup and showed us how to use the app on our phone. My experience with Carroll Water was excellent from Austin in sales, the quick scheduling, to Joe and Omar who did the install. I originally contacted Carroll Water through Costco to get an estimate on a water softener, but after a long delay trying to find a separate company to move my well pressure tank (which I also wanted done) without avail, Austin stayed in contact/came back out to reassess the job and was ultimately able provide service for both jobs. Joe was the lead installer and did excellent work between friendly service, quick work and a professional install.
