  In December 2022 I purchased a pre-owned car, and the experience was sobering.
  
  Right after signing the contract, I realized some noise was coming from the front wheels. At their service I learned that I needed to pay $1,700 to replace the struts.
  
  This came after the salesman, Mr. Pirzada, assured me that the dealer will fix all the issues on the car. As soon as I signed the contract, they changed the tune: "The struts are not essential to pass the inspection, you have to pay $1,700".
  
  On the way out, he handed me ONE key, and said - it will cost $350 to get another copy of the key.
  
  Finally, he forgot to mail my documents to DMV, so I waited 2 months to receive the car registration.
  
  I have a deep regret for doing business with Honda of Chantilly.

  The service team at Honda Chantilly has consistently done a great job servicing our family's two cars. Our service representative Edwin Fuentes is our go-to as he always provide top notch service and attention to detail. Edwin made sure I fully understand the service we need and the costs/time involved. Thank you Edwin and Honda of Chantilly. We will keep coming back!

  What a fantastic experience. I bought an Accord from Dave Ellis last week. I highly recommend him and Chantilly Honda. Dave took his time to explain all of the new features and options, directed me to the perfect car, offered a very good price, and made the whole process stress free.

  very helpful service timings. They are open till 11:00Am helps people who leave early and return late after 6:00 to home and can still take vehicle for service and get necessary maintenance done. Quality of service and shop is also well maintained to stay till the vehicle is ready

  Benjamin Kim was a wonderful leasing consultant! He made the process easy and pain free and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle in the area!
