(January 11, 2019, 9:39 am)George is Superman. He has saved the day for me and several of my friends when we've had HVAC issues that crop up at the worst possible time. When clearing some vines on a hot summer day from around my outdoor unit, I accidentally cut the electric wire to my unit (fortunately I wasn't hurt). George's first question was "Are you OK?" and then he came later that day to re-establish power to the unit AND he showed me where the installers had cut some corners, jeopardizing the health of the unit. He fixed those problems as well and the unit was back up and running in no time. I'm sure he has a Superman cape but chooses not to wear it so it doesn't get stuck in the machinery.

(August 6, 2018, 7:12 pm)I called George on a recommendation from my handyman and was beyond impressed. I needed to have both of our HVAC systems inspected prior to putting our house on the market and George was a consummate professional, incredibly thorough and explained everything to me. I like details, so I appreciated that! He made the few minor repairs needed, told me what parts may need to be replaced in the relatively near future and gave me tips for what a home inspector may question. On top of it all, he caught a significant safety issue with the exhaust of my hot water heater too!
A month or two later one of our HVAC systems started making a funny sound, so I took a recording of it and texted it to George. He responded within minutes (at 10pm) and told me what he thought the sound meant, and then said he could come over in the morning to take a look at it. The next morning he confirmed that his over-the-phone diagnosis was correct and he started calling suppliers for the part. He found someone that had the part...in Baltimore. Without hesitating he drove from Arlington VA to Baltimore and back so he could complete the job that day. Knowing that the next day’s high was forecast at 93 degrees, I was beside myself with gratitude! George is responsive, punctual, really good at his job (and explaining things) and one of the nicest guys I've ever met. I've gone through a few HVAC technicians in the last few years and regret not having met George sooner. He does service, maintenance and installation. He owns his own company after having worked for over 20 years for Carrier. I can't recommend him enough!
