She took the time to explain the ins and outs of each type policy and answer all my questions. She was patient and always very friendly and professional. It's comforting to know the i am working with an experienced person , who happens to be bilingual too.You don't find this level of service as easily anymore and it's reassuring to know that it still does exist . She looked out for my best interest and gave me advice that will go a long way . I am pleased with
