He was very knowledgeable and friendly, no pressure at all. Overall it was a great experience. Bobs has some great quality affordable pieces, and I’m super excited about my new furniture!

Allen was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and was happy to answer my questions, show me the features of pieces I was interested in, and explain all of the best options for furnishing my home on a budget. When I mentioned I was looking for a particular kitchen set, he knew exactly where to take me, and took the time to explain the layout of the store so I could browse freely. He made the process quick and easy, which is invaluable around the holidays when everything is in a time crunch! I feel like I made a good use of my time and my money at Bob's, and thanks to Allen's exemplary service I will definitely be returning in the future.

I'm a pretty hard person to please, but he took his time and gave me his undivided attention. In about 40 minutes I was out of the store and truly satisfied with my purchases. I told him my idea of what I was looking for and he guided me to where I needed to be. This was my second time purchasing furniture from this store and they never let me down. Their customer service and professionalism are top of the line. Thanks for giving me a great experience

(December 6, 2018, 7:10 pm)Our sales associate was Adela and she was fantastic. She greeted us with a smile and when I told her what we were looking for she knew exactly where to take us. She showed us some great recliners and showed us the automatic features. We decided on a recliner and she was so kind and quick with setting up our check out. We were on the way to a Christmas and she was so eager to help us get out the door! Just an all around great experience! We will definitely be coming back and referring our friends!
