I went different place before going to this place. But, couldn’t feel being welcomed as a customer. Mr Yassin provided all the information I needed. He is really great sales associates. (January 5, 2019, 3:23 pm)I forgot to get a business card so I apologize if I mess up the name, but I think my salesperson was Yannis. He was immensely helpful.
I had been to 3 other mattress outlets prior to coming here. In each of the stores, they had me try out each mattress before revealing the price. Yannis balanced both my price range and mattress comfort, keeping me informed of the tradeoffs I was making.
The purchasing deals were also amazing. They had the most affordable prices of all the stores I had visited that day, and I made my purchase right there. -

He really took the time to understand our needs and managed to get us exactly what we needed! I couldn’t believe compared to other stores, how great the customer service was. If anyone needs a mattress at a great price, be sure to visit Alex at mattress warehouse!

(September 23, 2018, 4:19 pm)We had a very wonderful experience today with Alexander. He is great at customer service and is very very knowledgeable about mattresses and pillows. It was very fast and smooth process that I recommend this to anyone and everyone who ever needs a mattress. I tend to be impatient and fast so I like to get things and move on. He gave us the best experience I have ever had at a store. He showed all types and we tested them all perfectly. Within one hour we had a great mattress at a great price. They are very honest and we’re not trying to upsell at all. To them it’s all about customer experience and today Alex mastered it.
