“I cannot believe I have not heard of this place before. The name is a bit misleading, it is a collision center, but it's more then that. They do everything from detailing, maintenance and repairs. I called them asking for multiple things and they recommended that I only do one of then as the other things were not necessary given the mileage and age of the car. Their prices are super competitive and the people on the phone aren't in a hurry to get your money and getting you off the phone. Highly recommend this place. Honest, up front, and very clear.”

I've been getting my tires here exclusively for over 20 years. My only complaint is that they are not integrated with tire rack as an option to cover more tires, and they need to figure out how to keep doing this without a two and three hour wait.”

“I have been a customer of the shop for 4 years and a family member for 9 years. We are very happy with Carr Fleet. They are honest people and give reasonable repair costs for what you need. They do not call you to tell you about getting a bunch of repairs that you don't need. And the repair problem is taken care of the first time. I have never had to take back the car for the same issue. One time, my SAAB was making very strange noise. I towed the car in. Carr Fleet checked the SAAB and found nothing wrong. They did not bill me for anything! With that kind of honesty, they will have me as a customer for life. I give them a 5 star and highly recommend the shop for your repair needs.”

“Not only was Aaron able to come replace my brake pads the same day that I contacted him, I didn't have to go anywhere, and the result was easily the best brake job I've had done on my car to-date. My pads had been improperly installed on my last trip to an auto shop, and 40k miles later they were uneven and missing a key part to prevent premature wear. I was able to watch Aaron throughout the entire replacement process, and had a great conversation with him as well. Highly recommend and will definitely use his service again next time I need new pads or rotors. Considering how convenient and great the service was, the price is also very good and comparable, or cheaper than most shops I've been to, which make you drive there and wait for hours.”

He matched and blended my color perfectly, and it was a very particular shade of pink. Tom, the service advisor, walked through the process with me, gave me his contact information, remembered my name, kept me updated, and was a great person to work with. They provided me text updates on the progress of my car, which was very helpful. Due to travel, I was not able to pick up my vehicle as soon as it was ready, but they were willing to work with me to accommodate my needs. Nicole, at the front desk, was always very personable and friendly, and answered all my questions! When I went to pick up my vehicle, I noticed a small imperfection, and they fixed it the next day, no charge, no argument, no hassle. “I came in because I had a very poor experience with when contacting Bridgestone directly about my tires. After a lot of frustration, a corporate representative scheduled me to go to the Sterling store to have my tires checked out. On arrival, I met Sam, the store manager. He greeted me with a smile on his face and a great positive attitude. He answered all of our questions, checked my vehicle and got our situation handled very efficiently. As I was waiting, I observed the staff and was impressed with not only their positive demeanor, but also their product knowledge. I highly recommend this location.
