“Very pleasant experience; the website-based appointment system did not work, so I had to call in and arrange an appointment on the phone. Everyone, from the front desk help to the pros I dealt with, were uniformly pleasant and helpful. The assistant (optometrist in training?) was very nice, very professional and friendly without seeming fake; the doctor was informative, answered all of my questions patiently, and was very efficient. The gentleman who helped with fitting the glasses was also patient and very helpful. Why not 5 stars? Well, the appointment thingy didn't work, which is a bit of an irritant; and the final bill was a bit steep. Would I come here again? Absolutely! Would I recommend it? Of course! They're convenient and know their stuff. I like it.”
