I didn’t need to ask her to adjust anything, I asked for medium pressure and she provided that, but was very communicative when she thought the pressure might be too much. I haven’t had a massage in a long time and was very tight from a lot of hiking… I asked for deep tissue and Ploy did a combination of that along with some stretching to help my quads loosen up a little, it was just what I needed!
