“The location and units themselves are excellent,. They offer a broad range of unit sizes and most have climate control. The security seems to be excellent and the rental prices are reasonable. However, one reason we chose this CubeSmart location was the warm and thorough service we received from Ryan Bowden when we first visited and toured the facility. Unfortunately, he was not working when we returned to rent a unit and the woman who helped us was not especially easy to engage with. (Believe me, I tried.) A smile from her would have been nice.”

“Absolutely flawless experience. On Xmas eve we’ve been out driving searching for somewhere that is printing photos, as we needed a last minute gift. Nowhere in the area even had photo paper. Called Staples and they said come on over, had six copies of our picture printed in 10 minutes. AND at no charge. Customer service was excellent, guy who works in photo dept deserves a raise and 5 star gourmet Christmas dinner. THANK YOU Staples for being so accommodating, convenient and friendly. Will be coming back for future prints ????????”

“Wonderful mom and pop style coffee shop. They have a handful of unique coffee drinks with in-house made syrups/mixes. If Starbucks is too mass-produced for you, this is the place to go. When I visited they had 3 rotating roasters that change every week on their pour over menu. The service was fantastic, Amir had great suggestions and you could tell he was passionate about coffee. I'll definitely be back regularly.”

The owner (Jacqueline) is an RN that established the practice in order to ensure your experience is top notch and that only the best lash stylists are permitted to work their magic in her salon. Their salon is large and spacious with private rooms, comfy beds and an amazing sound system - everything is impeccably clean and accommodating. They customize their services to meet YOUR needs over time - and work with you to use the glue products that work for you (hypo-allergenic, oil-resilient, etc.). Also - in my my experience and from watching other clients work with Jacqueline and her staff - this salon is always willing and able to immediately address any concerns (text, e-mail, phone them). Am happy to answer any questions - I'm a satisfied client that hopes they're in business a LONG time.”

“We first took our car to the Honda dealership in Dulles and they performed a scan to determine the issue. We were told that we would probably need a part replaced costing $1400 for the part and labor. On the way back to the dealership our brakes went completely soft so we did an emergency stop at merchants. We were pretty sure we were screwed and wouldn't be leaving Merchants without an even bigger bill than Honda but to our pleasant surprise they fixed our brakes and the underlying issue (a rusted bolt) for way way way less than expected. These guys were professional and honest when they could've easily taken advantage of our situation. Much respect and gratitude!”
