“I’ve been coming here for a few years and wanted to share the excellent experience I had today. I picked up barium yesterday for an appointment this afternoon. Was in and out pretty quickly and the girl at the front desk made sure to check with the tech that the barium drink was really necessary before I left. Today when I arrived for my appointment, I informed the lady at the desk that I had another (previously scheduled) appointment tomorrow for another test and that - yup, I would be there three days in a row. She quickly ensured me that she didn’t want me to have to come back another day and was able to schedule my other appointment for that same day. The rest of the staff was great too - I was in and out with both procedures completed within 18 minutes of my scheduled appointment. I didn’t even get a chance to open the book I brought with me! Would highly recommend.”

“Great value and customer service - when it snowed unexpectedly they put out free ice scrapers for guests to use! Generally the hotel was clean but I ended up wiping dust from the heating/cooling unit vents after sneezing every time it came on. Laundry room was large and well-lit, and located right next to gym, which had older equipment but sufficient for my low-level workouts (treadmill and stair stepper). No breakfast onsite but the pantry was well-stocked and the rooms had menus where you could order for off-site meals to be delivered. One early morning the fire alarm went off and kept us out of our rooms for about an hour while the fire department came and checked out a report of the scent of burning wires. Not the hotel staff’s fault but still a rude awakening.”
