The owner (Jacqueline) is an RN that established the practice in order to ensure your experience is top notch and that only the best lash stylists are permitted to work their magic in her salon. Their salon is large and spacious with private rooms, comfy beds and an amazing sound system - everything is impeccably clean and accommodating. They customize their services to meet YOUR needs over time - and work with you to use the glue products that work for you (hypo-allergenic, oil-resilient, etc.). Also - in my my experience and from watching other clients work with Jacqueline and her staff - this salon is always willing and able to immediately address any concerns (text, e-mail, phone them). Am happy to answer any questions - I'm a satisfied client that hopes they're in business a LONG time.”

“We first took our car to the Honda dealership in Dulles and they performed a scan to determine the issue. We were told that we would probably need a part replaced costing $1400 for the part and labor. On the way back to the dealership our brakes went completely soft so we did an emergency stop at merchants. We were pretty sure we were screwed and wouldn't be leaving Merchants without an even bigger bill than Honda but to our pleasant surprise they fixed our brakes and the underlying issue (a rusted bolt) for way way way less than expected. These guys were professional and honest when they could've easily taken advantage of our situation. Much respect and gratitude!”

“My husband and I went for breakfast at 9am Saturday. I loved that it was nice and quiet! They have a brunch buffet for $18pp and a la carte menu. We ordered pork hash and biscuits and gravy. Both were excellent. Service was friendly and well paced. Ambiance was nice. I recommend it!”
