“The staff were wonderful and very attentive. They had a great selection of songs, but if you need more obscure songs, they are connected to YouTube so the possibilities are basically endless. Loved the tambourines they had in the rooms. There's a great outside patio area in the back with games, music, its own bar and tons of extra seating. Very cool vibe. Only downside is there is only one restroom, but overall great experience. We will be back!”

The owner of the store also showed care, concern, and interest in my dog's wellbeing. She provided me with a list of resources I can access to help improve my dog's happiness and quality of life, which was incredibly kind and helpful. This was one of the most positive shopping experiences I can recall having - ever! And I will be forever grateful that she took the time to help my dog. ”

My car was covered in bird poop, and I was concerned it wasn’t gonna come off in the general car wash, and they made sure to power wash it all and scrub it off before the car even went through the general car wash. “My car was towed by this company from the Westerly at Worldgate property in Herndon. I can't really hold anyone responsible for this other than myself. I forgot to place my parking pass on my dashboard. When I found out at 4:30am that my car was gone, I called this company, and they couldn't have been any more professional. When I got to the tow lot, they quickly processed the payment, and I was back in my car within maybe 5 minutes. Sure, I didn't enjoy spending $180 for the tow but again I have no one to blame but myself for it. I have seen some pretty negative reviews for JDR on here and that just wasn't my experience. I guess like everything, your mileage may vary.”

“My husband and I came here for the first time, the owner Hedi was absolutely delightful! The food was incredible and he suggested some of the best Riesling I have had in a while. I had the saffron risotto and lamb shank, and my husband had the salmon. The bread they bring out is baked fresh and hot, it’s so perfect!! Both were cooked incredibly! “Great Service. Very kind and professional. They are very responsive and do a great job. I have round rug that my Dogs had few accidents on it. We try to use the at home carpet cleaning stuff but couldn't get the odor and the spots off. I emailed Mighty clean, and they call me the next day, gave me the estimate and they picked up the rug the next day. took them few days and the rug is back CLEAN! no odor or spots on it! Highly recommended”

“Brought my 6 month puppy for the obedience bootcamp and completed the group obedience class with Trainer James. Friendly staff and a good environment to ask any questions. Since the bootcamp and the obedience classes my puppy has stopped her leash pulling, counter surfing, and nibbling. Also, she has learned to walk by me and not in front of me which has been amazing!! She has overall better manners and we are working right now on “drop it” and a down stay. Good place to get your puppy a solid foundation!!”
