It's a bit shabby and even the plant by the door doesn't look like it's been taken care of well. The hostess was nice, but a little standoffish, but I don't really mind that too much.”

“Good place, clean storage areas, helpful staff. Had storage area here without incident for 12 years. Only complaint would be the price I increases, started at $185/month for a 10x10, after years the rate was $405/month, by year twelve...$490/month, OUCH!! If it hadn't become SO expensive I'd still have the unit”

“I consider customer service for a storage unit rental to he above average. The staff here were friendly. The free truck rental for moving in was a nice perk. I wasn't giving trouble for using my own home insurance as coverage either. Many of these companies seem to want to insist in using their insurance. The outdoor storage unit I was provided was clean and easily accessible. Yes, I would recommend this place.”
