They start with an Arborist who makes an assessment of what needs to be done to the trees. The Arborist then instructs the work crew on the details of the trimming. Very customer oriented, they make sure you are satisfied with their work. Their work sells itself, several neighbors have used them after seeing the quality of their work. Very thorough cleanup when complete. I will continue using them.”

“Kramer and Sons was great. Scheduling was easy and fast and the woman who helped me on the phone was very nice. The plumber who came out, Juan, may be my new favorite person. My husband and I bought our house in the spring and have been putting off a few plumbing fixes (bathtub faucet pipe was too long, small drip in the basement, lead gasket at the main water shut off valve). Juan explained everything he was going to do and why and was really quick in making the repairs. He even offered some solicited advice on how we could fix other things ourselves, like a semi-clogged bathtub. He communicated well, left everything tidy, and was just generally pleasant to be around. Prices were reasonable and all of the repairs he made look great. I would definitely use Kramer and Sons again and I would request Juan specifically.”
