“Incredible! I called Mr. Martin in need of advise on a house that was jointly owned by my now ex-husband and I that per the divorce agreement was to be put solely in his name over 2 1/2 years ago. I received paperwork Monday from the ex about the property and it being refinanced. While looking it over I realized that the paper work would release me from the land deed but did not make me any less responsible for the bank payment! I call Mr. Martin's office and was answered by him personally! Within 2 hours of our conversation he had spoke to my ex-husbands attorney and had the appropriate paperwork filed with all parties the courts!
